A healthy mind in a healthy body!
Because it's the beginning of the year, I'm sure most of you have made a promise: Enough! From now on:
- I will have a better care of myself
- I will gonna do more sport
- I will be better person
- I will eat healthy as I can
- I will spend more time with friends and family
- I will give up coffee, cigarettes, sugar and excess salt
- I promise to change things can I change and I will accept those I can not change
I do not know what percentage of those who carry out these thoughts, or at least some of they, but the idea is that we want to get better, be stronger, to be more appreciated, to offer more . How to get here? Simple ... try to learn from mistakes and not repeat them.
Choose natural and healthy!
Today I'm going to stop at "I'll take better care of myself". I know, is what I propose, does not mean that I will do it , but I promise I will try. :).
Even if this is a stereotype, most of all I want to be healthy.
I'm not an expert, but know they have met certain requirements: to have a healthy diet, to do sports, to rest, to be happy ... It seems so hard? There are things you can do, but will require a minimum. We want to look good, be beautiful and powerful, or better said "mens sana in corpore sano". Having a healthy lifestyle has become a trend and probably most who started making sports to keep diet, consult a nutritionist made to look better, to get rid of extra pounds for health , their happiness, but ultimately not really matter to, it is important how they get there.
Aim for a natural and healthy food!
Feeding, in essence, would be an act of fulfillment, of happiness, of enjoying. It must not be marked by restrictions, but conscious choices. Eating healthy does not mean banning food from a list, but replacing them with healthier foods. We will need a minimum for a balanced lifestyle.
